From Amanosato Brewery, where we embrace "four-season brewing" in Fukuchi, Fukuoka Prefecture, we are pleased to open applications for our "Amanosato Seasonal Special Subscription," delivering fresh, new sake to your doorstep every month.

Typically, sake is brewed all at once during the winter, but we have chosen "four-season brewing," crafting sake throughout the entire year. We do this because we want you to experience the "freshness of just-pressed sake," available only at the brewery, whenever you like.

For us, there is no off-season. No matter when you sign up, we deliver fresh, vibrant new sake straight from our brewery, where the warmth of fermentation is always present.

Because we brew continuously, we can make delicate adjustments according to seasonal temperatures and humidity. You can taste the process of Amanosato’s evolution as our sake becomes more refined month by month.
