Is shipping free?

Free shipping for purchases over 15,000 yen (tax included).

Can I specify multiple delivery addresses for one order?

Currently, we are unable to accommodate such specifications, so we ask that you please place one order per delivery address.

Can you issue a receipt?

Registered customers can download a PDF receipt from My Page. My Page → Click "Print receipt" at the top of the relevant order.

How long will it take to arrive?

Delivery will usually take 4 to 5 days unless otherwise specified, although this will depend on the time of order, weather, and the shipping company's operating status.

Can I cancel?

Generally, we cannot accept cancellations of orders that have been prepared for delivery.
