Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders of 16,500 yen (including tax) or more.

 

Can I specify multiple shipping addresses in a single order?

Our current system does not support this, so we kindly ask that you place separate orders for each shipping address.

 

Can I request a receipt?

Registered members can download a PDF receipt from their My Page. Please go to My Page, select the relevant order, and click "Print Receipt" at the top.

 

How long will it take to arrive?

Although this depends on the time of order, weather conditions, and the courier's delivery status, standard delivery typically takes 4 to 5 days if no specific date is requested.

 

Can I cancel my order?

In principle, we cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping preparation process.
